Terms of Service

Effective: July 8, 2026 · Content Petit LLC ("Eraseline", "we")

1. The service

Eraseline scans publicly accessible data broker and people-search websites for personal information you ask us to look for, and helps you request its removal under applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only scan for and request removal of your own personal information, or that of a person you are legally authorized to represent.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You may not use the service to harass, stalk, or investigate other people.

3. Subscriptions

Eraseline Pro is billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

4. No guarantee of removal

We generate and track removal requests grounded in applicable law, but data brokers control their own compliance and timelines. We cannot guarantee that any particular listing will be removed or will not reappear.

5. Not legal advice

Eraseline provides automated tools and general information, not legal advice. For legal questions about your situation, consult a lawyer.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Petit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
